2- Finding errors in how the ticket was written - Were you driving a Porsche and they wrote Honda? Otherwise NO! We cannot stress this enough, NO OTHER ERRORS YOU CAN TELL US ABOUT WILL BEAT YOUR TICKET!!!!

3- Any kind of regular book or "E-BOOK" available on other sites - Doesn't take the specifics of YOUR ticket into account, way too much reading and learning for average person, no telephone support...We could go on, but we'll stop here.  

4- Repeatedly getting continuances/delaying the trial - Cop will still show up on new date!

5- Super CHEAP WEBSITES selling speeding ticket defenses for less than $40 - If you're paying that little you're a getting a bad defense that WON'T WORK!

6- Free legal advice - Especially from internet speeding ticket "forums" with advice from regular people! Do you how to beat YOUR ticket - in the state and county you're dealing with? Neither do they!

7- Radar detectors - Even the best radar detector doesn't stop vascar, lidar, laser or pacing enforcement - and misses tons of the radar too!

8- Lawyers - They do NOT study how to beat tickets in law school! You will spend a fortune in legal fees, while they "plea bargain", and you pay them AND a fine! That's NOT winning!

9- You didn't see the speed limit sign, or know the limit changed - That is not the courts problem, it's yours!

10- The officer didn't "show you" the radar (or laser, etc) - They are NOT required to!

11- You know how fast you were going, and "the cop is wrong" - This NEVER works. Cops NOT YOU are LEGALLY presumed to be telling the truth, and to have accurate information by the courts!  

12- You had passengers in your car who can confirm the cop is wrong - Same problem as # 11.

13 - The cop must have gotten the speed of a another car, or couldn't have nailed your car in a pack of cars - Doesn't work. Again same problem as # 11.

14 - "Prayer for Judgement" - That is like pleading guilty! 

15 - You were going the same speed as other cars in a group, how/why did he get you? - A cop is allowed to pick ANY car in a group and it wasn't your lucky day! This is a lame defense!  

16 - Your car "can't go that fast" - Same problem as # 11 again! And NO judge will care what "proof" you can show!

17 - We need more info to beat your ticket than what you have given us by email - Who are the experts at beating speeding tickets - us or you? The questions we ask you to answer on our email form are asked for a reason. They are exactly what we need to know to beat a ticket. NO MORE info is needed to get the job done!

18 - You had your cruise control set to a number a few miles per hour (or more) above the speed limit - Congratulations. If you say this in court you'll be found guilty on the spot! You cannot EVER admit in court to going even 1 mile per hour over the limit or you lose!!!

19 - The cop wrote the wrong speed limit on your ticket - Re-read # 2 above!

20 - Your speedometer, cruise control, or some other aspect of your car may have been malfunctioning - Has it occurred to you that the judge is going to view that as your fault and your problem, not theirs!

21 - You were driving a rental car or someone elses car - They are ticketing you THE DRIVER, not the car!  

22 - You weren't going __ amount of MPH over the limit, you were actually only going __ amount of MPH over the limit - There is no such thing as only "partially" breaking the law! If you admit in court, to ANY amount of speed even 1 MPH over the limit, YOU LOSE!!!

23 - You have a CDL license - So. Who cares? We're you driving a vehicle with wheels and an engine? Than you have a speeding ticket, just like anyone else!  

24 - Your license is from a different state than the one you were driving in - Yes, but you were still in the United States! All 50 States are linked up and well aware of your tickets in any state! It WILL still affect your insurance!
