Do we get complaints about our sarcasm, and direct, no-nonsense, style? Yes, we do! But the complaints are almost never written by people who actually used our services. Negative "reviews" posted about us are always written by a person who didn't actually use our service! The person called (or emailed us), and didn't like us on the phone (or email), and then they posted a review claiming we're "a scam".
The reality is, a person can't be trusted as a valid "reviewer", if they didn't use the service! Even supposedly reputable "review" sites - including the BBB - are full of fake "negative" reviews. Even more strangely, the fake reviews are sitting side by side next to detailed REAL reviews, from people who LOVED our service, and the GREAT outcome they got in defeating their speeding tickets. Trustpilot is particularly awful, as it is loaded with fake 1-star reviews by people who either openly admit they did not use the service (so, how are they "reviewing it"?) ... Side by side with people who give us 5-star reviews with full details of why and how they WON, using our services! Yet, somehow, dumb people (hopefully that doesn't describe you) only notice the 1-star "reviews" by people who didn't even use the service (so their "review" is meaningless) ... And they don't bother to read all of the 5-star reviews from people who DID use the service and won! BE WARNED: We do take very serious legal action against people who post reviews of this company without having used the service. You do not want to face the serious monetary damages that you will end up suffering from being on the losing end of that legal action. So, you better think long and hard about how much money you can afford to lose to us in court, if you're thinking about posting a review of this company, when all you did is spoke to or emailed us (but did not buy and use our service).
